CISCO Networking
Build, break and repair live networks. Subnetting, VLANs, routing protocols and troubleshooting method, all on physical Cisco kit in the lab.
Cohort size
8 to 16 learners per cohort. Larger groups split into two intakes sharing the same schedule.

Entry level
Basic computer literacy. No prior networking experience required.
Certification earned
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA 200-301).

CompTIA Security & IT
The vendor-neutral foundation employers screen for: hardware, operating systems, networking and security operations, taught as a sequence of practical exercises.

10 to 24 learners per cohort. Common choice for whole support desks.

Our lab or your site. Laptops and lab environment supplied either way.
Entry level
Comfortable using a computer. A+ candidates need no experience; Security+ expects six months of IT exposure.

PMP Project Management
Predictive, agile and hybrid delivery mapped to the PMP exam content outline, with 35 contact hours documented for every participant.

A degree plus three years of project experience, or a diploma plus five.

PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), 35 contact hours certificate issued per learner.

Data Analytics
From spreadsheet to warehouse: cleaning, SQL querying, modelling and dashboard design, finishing with a project built on the group’s own data where the client can share it.

How a cohort is booked
Scoping call
Twenty minutes on the group, their current level and the certification you need them to hold.
Proposal and quote
A schedule, a per-learner rate and a cohort total, with the reporting your finance or grant office needs.
Baseline check
A short skills check per learner so the cohort starts at the right level and nobody is carried.
Delivery
Your dates, your site or our lab. Progress reported to your contact at the end of each module.
Certification and report
Exam sitting, retake support and a closing report covering attendance and results for every learner.
Questions procurement usually asks
What is the minimum group size?
Six learners for PMP, eight for the other tracks. Below that we can place people in an open seat on a running cohort instead.
How is a cohort invoiced?
One invoice per cohort against a purchase order, with a per-learner rate shown. Instalments across the length of the cohort are normal for institutions and sponsors.
Can you deliver at our site?
Yes. CompTIA, PMP and Data Analytics travel easily and we bring the lab environment with us. CISCO needs racked equipment, so it usually runs in our lab.
Can students come from several institutions?
Yes. Mixed cohorts are common. One institution or sponsor signs as the contracting party and each institution receives reporting for its own learners.
What reporting do sponsors get?
Attendance per session, assessment scores per module and certification status per learner, delivered at cohort close or monthly if a grant requires it.
How long does a cohort run?
Between 8 and 12 weeks depending on the track. PMP is 8 weeks, CompTIA 10, CISCO and Data Analytics 12. Compressed full-time schedules are possible.
Are exam fees included?
No. The quote covers training, lab access, practice exams and reporting. Vendor exam fees are billed at cost, either to you or to each learner.
Do you help learners find work?
For sponsored and university cohorts we run CV review and interview practice, and refer graduates to employers hiring in Kigali. We do not guarantee placement.
